François, a passionate cheesemaker, raises his goats on 17 hectares of green meadows in Hautefort. Certified organic, the Loriot farm produces a varied range of goat cheeses: crottin, aged, ashy, fresh, tomme, and many other delights. Now, the farm is autonomous from A to Z, they produce their own cereals, etc. Each cheese is made using traditional methods, guaranteeing authentic taste and exceptional quality. A few kilometers from our establishment, Vincent and Karine raise their sheep in the open air, in a preserved natural setting. Their farm specializes in the production of organic yogurts and sheep cheeses, processed directly on site. For more than 20 years, Éric Sourbé has been perpetuating ancestral know-how in duck breeding. His 75 hectare farm is certified IGP Périgord, a label guaranteeing the traceability and quality of products.
