The Gourmet Gardens of La Tourouge (Coulaures)

TO Coulaures, Caroline and Ludovic passionately cultivate a wide variety of organic products on their certified farm Organic farming (AB). Specialized in the cultivation of saffron And truffles, they also offer homemade delicacies, like their famous saffron jams And their homemade cookies.
Their saffron farm attracts many visitors every year in October, when saffron blossoms. Outside of this period, they organize personalized services to discover their know-how. You can also find their products on the market of Thiviers. We are pleased to use their edible flowers And their saffron in our kitchen, thus adding a touch of color and originality to our dishes. The Teulet Family (Excideuil)

For several generations, the Teulet family passionately cultivate more than 400 hectares of fruits and vegetables in New Aquitaine, 100% in organic farming. Their approach in biodynamics, inspired by ancestral techniques, makes it possible to obtain products of high quality, rich in flavors and respectful of the environment.
Their range includes over 50 products, ranging from fruit juice (apple, pear) water honey, going through the Artisanal cider. These authentic products enhance our dishes according to the seasons, offering local and seasonal cuisine that is always tasty.

TO Mayac, Lola, a passionate vegetable grower, offers a selection of seasonal vegetables, ofAromatics, of edible flowers And of Plants, all grown according to the principles oforganic farming. You can find its products every Thursday morning on the market ofExcideuil.
